Service Description. This Site describes Brush Clearing, Junk Removal, Hauling, Tree Removal, Stump Removal, Debris Removal, Dirt Hauling, Site Preparation provided by CM Hauling & Land Clearing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. CM Hauling & Land Clearing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CM Hauling & Land Clearing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CM Hauling & Land Clearing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid CM Hauling & Land Clearing in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify CM Hauling & Land Clearing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. OR law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OR.
